Supply Chain Update

Please see the letter from Cary Knuth below, which addresses supply chain improvements.

Dear Valued Customer,

We at Chevron want to update you on our continued effort to provide a reliable supply of products. There have been improvements within the lubricants industry and transportation industry allowing us to improve our supply to you, our valued customers.

• HDMO’s. We are also reducing our bulk order lead times on HDMO’s which will vary slightly by product between 4 to 9 days
• Improved additive supply for our Industrial Gear Oils allows increased orders for Meropa, Meropa XL and Meropa Elite Syn and we expect steady improvement over the next few months
• Most of our grease sku’s became unconstrained over the past few months. However, a few continue to have manufacturing challenges and limited availability. These include Delo SFE Grease, Coupling Grease and Ultiplex Synthetic in all package styles, and SRI and Black Pearl grease in tubes
• Synthetic Commercial Gear Oils with OEM approvals, Delo Syn XDMs and Delo Syn HD gear oils continue to be heavily constrained on additive supply. We are continuing efforts to supplement non-OEM oils as available

If there are any product availability concerns with your orders, an LBST representative will promptly advise you of any changes.
